During my time at Sharkmob, I had the pleasure of hosting internal company events and podcasts designed to strengthen alignment with organizational objectives, reinforce core values, and deepen employees’ understanding of leadership direction. I regularly interviewed company leaders and helped to facilitate a safe space to address employee concerns with clarity, empathy, and transparency. Through thoughtful moderation, strong storytelling, and consistent internal messaging, I helped translate strategic priorities into accessible communication that resonated across teams, supporting stronger cross-functional connection and a more informed, engaged employee community.
